How to Pay Dues

Maple Hill HOA dues are due monthly in the amount of $60 (for 2026) on the 1st of each month. You will receive a paper invoice in the mail in late December each year.

1. Online portal (credit/debit card or eCheck)

You can register for our owner portal here: https://summit.cincwebaxis.com/

Click “Register” in the upper right corner.
Complete the requested information using your property address.
An approval email will be sent once your registration is processed, and then you’ll be able to make payments and view your account.

Current portal convenience fees are:

eCheck/ACH: $2.99 per transaction
Credit or debit card: 3.5% of the payment amount

2. Bill pay through your bank (often free)

You can also use your bank’s online bill pay, which is typically free of charge through most banks.

When setting up the payee, please use:

Please be sure your property address is included in the memo line or account/reference field so we can apply the payment correctly. Your bank will mail a physical check to our P.O. Box, so please allow a few extra days for mail time.
