Payments through the website:
Payments will be accepted through the portal as of November 1, 2025 (please note that your ledger balance in the portal will not be updated until November 15th).
All recurring payments through the CCG HOA portal will be CANCELLED. You will need to set up a new recurring payment through the new portal after November 1st if you wish to continue with Credit Card or ACH payments. Note the following third-party processing fees for these payment methods: Credit Card: 3.5%, eCheck: $2.99 per transaction.
Dues remain at $57/mo through 2025.
