Effective November 1, 2025, the Maple Hill Master Association will have a new management company: The Summit HOA Management!

IMPORTANT: Update Dues Payments
Effective November 1, 2025, ALL DUES payments will need to be updated.
Dues remain at $57/mo through 2025.

The Summit Portal:
Payments will be accepted through the portal as of November 1, 2025 (please note that your ledger balance in the portal will not be updated until November 15th).

All recurring payments through the CCG portal will be CANCELLED.
You will need to set up a new recurring payment through the new portal after November 1st if you wish to continue with Credit Card or ACH payments.
***Note the following third-party processing fees for these payment methods:

  • Credit Card: 3.5%

  • eCheck (ACH): $2.99 per transaction.


You can pay by check with no fees using either of these options:

Mail a Check:

Memo: Your Maple Hill Property Address (and account # if you have it)

Your Bank’s Bill Pay:
Set the payee to “Maple Hill Homeowners Association,” use the same PO Box above, and put your property address in the memo. Your bank mails the check—no fees from us.

A couple quick notes:

  • We don’t have a public drop box; payments go straight to the bank lockbox for fast posting.

  • 1001 E Harmony Rd is our business mailing location, not a payment site.

Homeowner Portal Registration
Please take a moment to register for our new homeowner portal:

  1. Visit summit.cincwebaxis.com

  2. Click "Homeowner Login" in the upper right corner

  3. Select "Register" and complete the form

  4. No Account Number Required
