Graffiti on public infrastructure and disruptive behavior have been reported multiple times recently. This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
Our shared spaces are maintained for everyone’s enjoyment, and damage to property or disrespectful conduct affects the entire neighborhood. Parents and guardians are expected to ensure their children understand and follow basic community standards, including respecting park facilities and others using the space.
If you witness vandalism or unsafe behavior, please contact FCPD immediately at 970-419-3273. If it can be done safely, photos or video can be helpful when reporting incidents.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping our community clean, safe, and enjoyable.

Dormant grass will be acceptable this year but the turf needs to be visible (not dirt), and the weeds in the turf must be maintained
Basketball hoops should not be left on the street or sidewalks
Please keep weeds out of rock beds
If you are charging a vehicle such as an RV, please make sure the extension cord does not cross a sidewalk (this is more for your own personal liability protection than an HOA matter)
Trash cans should not be visible from the street on non-pickup days

would decrease to approximately 1,802,808 gallons per year. This represents an estimated annual savings of 793,800 gallons that can be applied to more focal areas on site.
