The information compiled here is in accordance with Bylaws Section 5.5: [the Association] shall keep current copies of the following documents and make the same available for inspection by Lot Owners or holders, insurers or guarantors of first mortgages secured by Lots within Maple Hill: (i) Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Maple Hill; (ii) Articles of Incorporation for Maple Hill Master Association; (iii) these Bylaws; (iv) Rules and Regulations of the Association as well as any other rules concerning Maple Hill; (v) minutes of Board meetings and Owners' meetings; and (vi) other records as may be determined by the Board.
